We provide billing, POS and business management software for jewellery, restaurant, retail, textile and campus businesses, including setup, training and support as described on our pricing page.
Pricing for each plan is provided directly by our sales team based on your business's requirements. UPI transaction fees charged to you by us are 0% on all plans; other charges (such as your chosen hardware or optional add-ons) will be communicated clearly before purchase.
We aim to keep the service reliable and available, including offline billing support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for losses caused by third-party outages (internet, payment networks, etc.) outside our control.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Refund terms, if any, will be specified in your service agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, Nava Dukan Software Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction over any disputes.
